Well you can either use WindowsBlinds or a program like StyleXP. WindowBlinds uses its own custom engine program to theme, which means cooler features like alpha channels (transparency) and oversized borders and buttons. StyleXP uses .msstyle, the same thing the default XP theme uses. After you get your basic skin, just change your wallpaper (I would hope you know how to do this), and that is pretty much all there is too it.

Is that a trillian skin or does WB5 also skin trillian? That looks very nice. Where did you find that vista theme? Once I get WB5 I'll make sure to try that out.

I think that skin is the new vista that I guy made at CS check the skin forum and WB does not skin Trillian.

OH SNAP! That trillian skin was made by Ryan from BBB? If so then Wow very nice job! I didn't know you had released another color.

If you were talking to me.... no that Trillian skin is not Eggy's. It's by KoL, not a member here, but is the creator of VistaXP, the most commonly used Vista skin for XP and below. Also he created the skin you see in mine, with transparency . Also, it is a WB5 skin , I also have one that has the enlarged start button, but I don't like it that much.
