Outlook Express

Hello Everyone,

I am having a problem with outlook express, recently I switched isp's to road runner. They helped me set up my outlook express. Today when I went to open it .. it opens up and my MSN contacts load but it will not allow me to click on any buttons almost like it is frozen . When it was giving me an error message I checked the details and it said it was a hung app.

I have windows xp.. Could anyone tell me how to get make it so it will work again? I do not understand how it was working properly Sunday and 4 days later its not.. I have NOT downloaded ANYTHING new that might be conflicting with it. And I don't think my nortons is causing a problem either because I went into my nortons to see if the application was permitted and it was .. When I minimize it it won't open back up. I have to control alt delete to get it to close and start again , upon reopening it It still freezes up .

I am at a loss . Please help !! I have an image of the error I'm just not sure how to insert it into this ..

Thank you.
