Free File Hosting

I have a very amateur website on Geocities (free version) that I'm using for my band. I don't want to upgrade because its not overly necessary....but I have a 4.5 mb video that I want to post on the site but it use up the data transfer allowance after one download! I was wondering if there was a site that's free that could host this file so that I could simply place a link on the site to it so people can download it.

One site I saw was free, had a large amount of storage space but had a transfer limit of 5mb! So therefore again, that would be used up in one! So I was wondering if you knew of any good sites that doesn't necessarily have to have a large storage size but has a good transfer allowance

Another question: (really showing my lack of website capabilities)...if we find a site for me that will host the file and has a large bandwidth, will this affect the transfer limit on geocities...so if someone clicks the link and downloads the file from the external site, it shouldn't use up the geocities transfer allowance?

Any help would be great...
