voice activated keyboard

Hello,

I am not sure this is possible but I am trying to find out if there is a way to make it so instead of typing you can use your microphone to " type " . I have a relative who has trouble with their hands and I am trying to make it easier on them. If there was some way she could say what she really wanted to type instead of trying to type it . I know this is probably reaching or sounds impossible but I thought I would ask .

If anyone knows of such a program or if one is already installed on computer if you could let me know I'd be forever thankful.

She has windows xp if that helps
