Walter, they both come from the big M (Microsoft). Outlook Express is free but Outlook is not.

I'm using Windows Live Mail on Vista, but I believe that you can export your contacts' addresses, emails, etc. from both Outlook and Outlook Express. You can also use third-party software for this purpose too, like Outlook Express Backup Wizard.
