Tumblr custom DNS - visible from any computer but mine?
I've been playing around with Tumblr lately, and last night I set it up so that my Tumblr page shows up under a subdomain of my own site.
From my work computer (and apparently all other computers) I can see my "tumblelog" just fine. From my home computer, I see an empty directory listing. What gives? http://tumble.tigerblade.net/ As I was going down the stair, I met a man who wasn't there. [ twitter ]He wasn't there again today; I wish I wish he'd go away. |

Yeah... I ended up doing that, in a way. Originally I had set up tumble as a separate subdomain, which apparently didn't work entirely... so tonight I undid that and edited the DNS for my primary domain, then hit Dreamhost's DNS reset button.
And now it seems to work. Go figure. As I was going down the stair, I met a man who wasn't there. [ twitter ]He wasn't there again today; I wish I wish he'd go away. |
