Blue screen

Hi!
I have some problems with my laptop. When I i.e. use the internet and want to see a clip on youtube, in the middle of the clip my laptop goes 'blue screen' and shots down. Like if my laptop can't 'take it'.
I know that it would be helpfull to see what my laptop writes on the blue screen, but maybe it can give you a clue from what I wrote?
Are there anything I can do besides changing some of the hardware?

Have you updated the drivers for all your hardware - especially your wireless adapter??

No, I have not.

But I think I can manage my way around this problem in the future by not stressing my computer at all. At least I haven't seen many blue screens lately.
Or?
