Youtube Problem

I'm having some problems with my youtube subscriptions and I was wondering if anyone else was having the same. I'm subscribed to many channels ESPN/NFL etc...well as you may know once you watch a video in your subscription module it should go away. I've already removed/put back the module back several times, and these two same videos keep popping up from ESPN(which I'm not subscribed to anymore) and they won't go away, even though I've watched them 4 or 5 times already and I've even clicked the check box that says "exclude videos you've already watched.". I was just wondering if anyone was having the same problem. I've really thought about deleting my youtube account but i've had it for so long i don't want to lose my stats on there for my videos watched and stuff so if there is any way to fix it, thanks in advance.
