There are 2 sets of heads that move in the picture.
If you start with the picture that has "Giggle Pedia" written on it.
1st set is on right that consists of 7 heads.
This set of 7 heads move to left to form 8 people.
2nd set on the left was consisted of 5 heads.
This set of 5 heads move to right to form 5 people.
The reason due to which the first set forms 8 people instead of 7 is because the left most person's head is not put back. As a result you get one extra person standing in the picture and one person's head is cut off.
