ScreenShot a Cell Phone Screen

Is it possible to take a screen shot of a cell phone screen? I know it's possible for the iPhone but I have a Motorola ROKR. Is there any programs or ways that anyone knows of to do this? I basically want it to do what computer screen shots do - take a picture of the current screen you are viewing.

I told my psychiatrist that everyone hates me. He said I was being ridiculous - everyone hasn't met me yet.

Do you have a separate camera? That'll work.

I know you can do it with Windows Mobile devices, but no clue about other mobile phones.

lol - Well, I ended up taking a picture of my cell phone screen with my brother's cell phone, but was hoping there was an easier way. Thanks though!
