2 sim in one mobile!

Can you setup your cellphone for dual sim card function to receive call from both sims without having to switch the sim ?

I'm not aware of any phones that support dual SIM cards. Doesn't mean they don't exist though.

You could always setup call forwarding on one account. Not the same, I know, but it would work.
