Odigo Announces Presence Management Server to Enable Instant Conferencing Solutions

March 21, 2002 Solutions to increase operator ARPU and reduce churn New York, NY March 21, 2002 Odigo Inc., the leading provider of Instant Messaging and Presence Solutions to mobile operators, this week announced separate partnerships with two leading conferencing technology companies to provide operators with innovative Instant Conferencing Solutions. The Solutions will enable an operators customers to initiate instant voice conference calls directly from their contact lists, from any device. Odigo has teamed separately with Voyant, the leading provider of innovative and collaborative voice solutions, and Octave, a leader in instant group conversation and conferencing technology for the global carrier industry, to develop Instant Conferencing Solutions based on the integration of voice conferencing with presence management information. Odigos Presence Management Server aggregates, manages and delivers Presence Information based on a set of rules and priorities that are fully controlled by the end-user. The Presence Information itself is produced by different network sources, and is accessible through a rich set of XML-based APIs.
