Connecting to Google Talk via SIM
Is there a way to connect to Google Talk using SIM's Jabber protocol?
I tried all the setting combinations that I could find here, and none of them seem to work...

Hi again,
Have you thought about maybe using another messenger? This way it would fix your yahoo problem as well. The link I provided in the other topic problem you had, has a forum and I discovered this: link.

I already switched to gaim.
 A bit more flexible than sim...Only it doesn't have as many search options... but I can live without them.

Yes, it's possible. This way:
Server: talk.google.com [x] Use SSL [x] Use plain text login [x]Manually specify jabber host: gmail.com
