You could ask someone who has a gmail account for an invite ( like me ;D ). Or simply go to http://www.bytetest.com and enter the code to get to the registration page.

a lot of people have several unused gmail invites. i know i still have 50 from when google suddenly bestowed everyone with 50, i havent given any out since then. just email or ask someone for an invite... i'm sure any one of us will be more than happy to send you an invite so you can share in the goodness.

gmail now seems to be allowing actual signups (if you have a u.s. mobile phone and you can receive messages from sms, short messge service). this way you don't need to ask anyone for an account and no random person will have your contact information after you sign up (while using a free gmail giveway the person who submitted the account invite automatically gets your name and email address added to his/her contact list.). https://www.google.com/accounts/SmsMailSignup1

crvdtk - send me an email (tigerblade at bigblueball.com) with your first and last name (gmail wants those fields filled in) and i'll send an invite your way.

EDIT: this is intended as a one time offer. If you want, feel free to check my site... i periodically offer GMail invites, but only so many at a time.
