this used to be available on icq 99 if I am not mistaken. Sadly icq removed this feature and never replaced it with something useful except for the sound alert wich sucks... you can use the popup, but ull have to goto User Unique Settings and do it from there, check the box that says alert with popup. Only on icq Pro, not sure about icq lite
