I don't work, but my dad works for Lucent, and he's allowed to use MSN under Windows Messenger, problem is they've got security so tight over there they don't allow for the adding of external screen names, the contact's name has to end in '@lucent.com'.
Spike thats like the solution I'm looking for. We need to start locking people down, the boss doesn;t mind folks using IM for business purposes but it is now getting abused.
Public IMs are forbidden at our office.
Our IT administrator has installed messenger for LAN from Softros company
Internet messengers are dangerous for business communications as I know. A lot of worms, viruses can hurt office' PCs.
