Hello and MSN and Exchange for business

Hi all, I found bigblueball.com through google. I'm searching for an IM solution on a business network. We run exchange 2003. In a mixed windows/mac enviroment. Unfortunately it is a company policy that user get to IM (mostly through AOL) each other. They are using there own personal addresses, so it has become a real issue with folks using the time to talk to there friends. I would love to implement a solution where as users must use there work email to IM each other. Therefore eliminating or reducing the time wasted on non business related issues. I know there is a solution out there via exchange. I'm just not sure how to configure it. Any guru's out there want to send some pointers to good information, it would be much appreciated!
