Call for volunteers to participate in a study on how interacting online with friends can effect the relationship:
We are conducting an online study examining the role that the Internet plays in one's relationships with friends (e.g., those met through school, work, etc). This study is being conducted by
Kate McKenna and Laura Buffardi of New York University, Department of Psychology.

Pre-testing indicates that the questionnaire generally takes between
10-20 minutes to complete. Upon submission of your responses, you will be provided with the results of the data gathered thus far. All data gathered is analyzed in the aggregate, individual responses are fully confidential, and your participation is anonymous.
We thank you for your time and patience and hope that you will be
willing to further our knowledge about the ways in which electronic
communication affects our everyday lives.
