If am understanding your question correctly, you want to display some alias you've kept for that contact and would like that to be displayed on the title bar and dont want the Yahoo Id of whom ur talking to be displayed. right?
I dont remember of anyway the official Yahoo Messenger program (or any addon that would let you tweak that) would let you do it. I remember Trillian and Gaim would allow you to do that.
