Messenger for Windows 98

I have windows 98 and have been trying to download a messenger but I'm not having any luck. What can I do?

Well we still dont know what type of messenger you would like to use however, If you want to use MSN Messenger by any chance then i can help you out on that.

Thats for Windows 98.

I cant put the link down because i have not posted 10 posts yet but i will try and PM it to you now.

As far as I know, the version of Messenger you can use in Windows 98 is MSN Messenger 6.2. Download it here.

If you want an up-to-date IM client that connects to multiple networks (including MSN, AIM, YAHOO!, Jabber) AND works on Windows 98 (and others) i suggest you install Pidgin (Gaim). The latest version is Pidgin 2.1.0 which was released this weekend (July 29 2007).
