Member Of The Month - SeptOctober 2006
Well, since we didn't exactly have a September or October Member of the Month, we've decided to make Philip the Member Of the Month for that combo month, SeptOctober.

How did you find BigBlueBall?
Thru another website, I can't remember which one it was.

What keeps you coming back?
The many different topics available, for example Movies & TV. Also, really helpful members like princeG, Sarah Towny, and many more.

How did you come up with Philip as your username?
Simple. It's my real name!

How long have you been using computers?
20 years.

How long have you been instant messaging?
About 2 years.

What's your preferred instant messenger?
WLM
...Why?
All my contacts use it. And it's very easy to use.
What's your favorite BigBlueBall section...
WLM of course!
...and why?
I like to see the problems people face and try to help if I can.
Anything else you'd like to add?

It was a pleasant surprise and I was absolutely delighted when Mr. Eggsalad informed me that I was member of the month (or months? Sept & Oct). I don't know how I was chosen, but I would also like to give a lot of credit to all the wonderful guys and girls in BBB who keep contributing ideas and suggestions.

If you have a problem with IM (or just lurking, like what I do sometimes) BBB is THE place to go. Even when I'm not contributing, I just love to browse thru the forums to see what other people are up to.

Many thanks once again to Jeff (a 24 fan, he has good taste), Ryan, princeG (a LOST devotee, we think alike) who helped me out when I first joined, SarahTowny, TeaGranny...and a lot of the contributors. Keep up the good work.

This comes a bit late since i've been having computer issues, but i really wanted to say Congratulations! on getting this award! I can tell it was very well deserved and hope you keep up the good work.
I told my psychiatrist that everyone hates me. He said I was being ridiculous - everyone hasn't met me yet.
