Calling all "24" fans...

Anyone else sucked into the 24-hour-per-season black hole that is "24?" It's the only TV show I make a point to see each week.

And yes, I cheat a bit. I Tivo the east coast feed (I'm in California) and then skim through the commercials.

If you haven't watched, read up at http://www.fox.com/24/ then catch it Monday nights on Fox. And if you really want to catch up, you can probably find a torrent to download.

More goodies

WOW! So you mean if I IM you when it's on in West or Central time I won't be spoiling it for you? Darn! The hubby and I do watch it here and there...if we happen to get charmed away from Evercrack II.....but that's not very often....it's an addiction...and I've only time for one...though 24 is another option....hee hee hee

*Closes Eyes* Why is it so bright so early?

Woo! 24 is a great thrill rush to watch. I still have not been as impressed as I was with the first season, but I still call myself a fan. Hee, I remember when I was literally begging my friends to get in to it (this was during the first season), and now they have bit-torrents to download

And now with Prison Break on before it, Monday nights are intense!

Count me in as another 24 fan. I've watched seasons 1 to 4 on DVD but still can't find the season 5 DVDs here in Malaysia. I've never got used to using torrents for downloading, perhaps you could advise me, Jeff? I do use LimeWire, but I'm really lost regarding the BitTorrent stuff.

For me seasons 3 and 4 gave me the greatest adrenalin rush, but 1 and 2 weren't far behind. I am eagerly waiting to watch seasons 5 and 6!

Long live Jack Bauer and CTU!

As for torrents, there are two parts, the client (I use Shareaza) and the torrent feeds. I use an index called mininova : the ultimate bittorrent source!

When you look at the torrent index, you want to pay attention to the number of seeds/leeches. The higher the number, the faster the download.

And be sure to run virus scanning!

Wow I don't know what store there you would go to purchase it there? I just recently purchased season five and I loved the dvd-rom link to all the extra content. I also thought it was great that the actor Peter Weller was in season five. The prequel to season six proved to be interesting. I think this upcoming season starts on January 14th or 15th, but it seems like forever.

Well, I've just managed to procure the 24 season 5 DVDs (thank my wife for that) and just watched the first three hours last night. Man, Jack rocks as usual! The thing about 24 is that each and every episode is an adrenaline rush, unlike other shows. 24 gets my star vote for the best action show on TV.
