Could you explain in some more detail on what the error is, or whats happening when you are trying to add the picture?

Can't add your pic where? In your MSN profile? What format is your pic in (GIF or JPG)? What size is the image? And what is the error message you get when you try to attach it to your profile?

.JPG format has worked for me , tho keep in mind that it may be distorted when reduced to the thumbnail size on the profile. Also quite large .jpg's seem to take ages to upload.

Have you tried refreshing the page? There hasnt been much action in this topic... so have you fixed your problem?
