easy! go to start menu&gt;program files&gt;accessories&gt;system tools&gt; open character Map. once done that look around and u will find those signs and lots more...

You're cousin types it.... Vadar uses a charater map. Why does it matter where it comes from?

Your cousin uses keystrokes. Meaning he most likely memorizes them. Which is a pain in the arse.

The character map anyways specifies the keystrokes that your cousin uses. So over all - either way you get the same charaters... but the character map is easier because there is nothing to memorize. (and there are a lot more charaters than you could ever memorize... )
