windows xp keeps a list of emails that had been signed in before
and present them whenever i want to sign in again .
so how can i delet this history
and exusez moi pour ma bad englais .

its good that i understand a lil bit of french. well the solution to ur problem has been discussed many times here.
SOLUTION
go to start>control Panel>User Accounts>go to ur account>on ur left hand side ur will see "manage my network passwords"> clicking on that will giv u a lil pop up window with a list of ur email adds. select on an email address and press "remove" to delete that email address.
