Im not sure if this is going to the right forum page, but All they have done, is block your port, thats all blocking does. So find a program to unblock that port and you've got it sons

jessus1110 is trying to say that when a person blocks u, ur port number (or watever that is) gets block in the msn servers. if u would like to unblock ur self, open up that port and u will hav urself unblocked from that persons CL.

i really think that it is impossible to do that unless u hack into that server. As far as the program to unblock that port goes, i dont think that type of a program even exists.
