CANT DOWNLOAD CHAT CONTROLS

Hey guys i really need help, i looked at some of the topics about errors but i tried everything. When i try to delete the msn chat files from my windows/downloaded program files it says " these rpgrams are currently used by 1 or more programs, it says close the programs and try again u may need to restart. i tried removing it but it stilll doesnt work and i cant download it fron msn it gives me an error. And i do have it on Low mode.

ok your trying to remove some files from your downloaded section?
just shutdown msn messenger and try deleting the files. that should work.
