XP + ICS = voice for Admin only?
I'm haveing a strange problem with both Windows Messenger 4.7 and MSN Messenger 5.0 on Windows XP SP1 with Internet Connection Sharing (for my notebook to see my cable modem). To do a voice chat I have to log on as administrator! I've only recently discovered by accident that it works logged in as Admin (I thought it didn't work at all), so I haven't tried running MSN as Admin as a workaround. I've searched Knowledgebase, but the only thiing I found there was to check the box about being able to manipulate or disable ICS, but I had it checked already so that's not it. I would appreciate any suggestions. (and so would my hopefully soon-to-be girlfriend who doesn't have Yahoo so she can't voice chat there!) Thanks.
