Help! Re: blocking on msn messenger

Now, something really weird is going on with my msn.
I think my g/f may be continually blocking me, but im not sure.
When she comes "online", I don't always get the alert & noise. My suspicions were fueled when i asked my friend to block me for about 20 seconds & then unblock me, & sure enough, i didn't get the alert. She has admitted blocking me three times in the past year, but i have a sneaky suspicion it was a lot more & on-going.
Can some of you please try this out & let me know what happens.

It may sound stupid but have you tried getting a new G/F? If she is blocking you then apparently there is something wrong. Im not a relationship expert but if you have asked her and she has been lying to you then thats not good. On the other hand...it might be a problem with your "Software", in that case your guess is as good as mine.

i don't think it's to do with my software, cos i get alerts when my friends come online - it's just the odd time when my g/f comes online that i don't.

I really don't have a clue why she'd want to, i just want proof that she does block me & then i will end this relationship

If you want proof just ask one of your friends who also has her on their contact list if she is online.

This isn't some mastermind scheme for global domination.

You don't need an excuse (proof) if you want to end a damned relationship.
Nobody forced you in - n' nobody's forcing you to stay.

You want to end it? Then just end it OKay?
You don't want to? Then don't.

As for MSN pop-ups - I don't believe it has anything to do with the program either. And I also don't believe she's secretly disabling any of her pop-ups from reaching you - it isn't possible. Perhaps you're just missing them.

If you don't see an alert when someone comes online (unless at the time you sign on, or add a new -currently online- contact), then something is wrong over at your end. You seeing no alert windows does *not* mean she has blocked you at all.

I am not missing any alerts tyvm, & i watch very carefully now as she often just pops-online. I do get alerts some of the time, & from my friends, so why is it just her that i don't get them?

u know when she gets online, do u block her before she gets online?
Because my blocked contacts don't show up in the pop up window, and i'm only on about Messenger 5, 4.x shows them.

Is she the only person who's blocked in ur account?
