Remote Assistance...
Does anyone know why the "Remote Assistance" (as well as File Transfer..etc) does not work with DSL?? I used to be able to use this option, but ever since I switched to DSL...these options no longer work...Can anyone give me a solution? This is really dampering the service my customers are used to receiving. I contemplated buying PC Anywhere...but why should I? This functionality already exists with "Ask for Remote Assistance..."

Please Help!
