create profile

hey people i have a problem when i ever i click on a link that someone puts on the msn chat window i can't get to it....insted a window comes up that says i have to create a new profile.....do i need to have my "cookies" enabled?????....or is that complete beside the point??.

Could you provide a little more indepth description of the message you recieve (word for word)? Is it generated by your browser, MSN or your OS?

this is what it says...:....:....:.....creating a new profile: communicator storea information about your settings , preferences , bookmarks , and stored messages in your personal profile...etc.... i can't copy and paste it so thats all i will typ if you can help much ?appeircated?

That doesn't help at all. It's just a navigation bar. I'd say, try to create a profile and see what shows up. And enabling cookies isn't a bad thing at all.

What website (URL) do you have these issues with?

i have the same problem with all links even on AOL ICQ YAHOO and TRILLIAN and dude i won't insult you if you would just get off my back....i get angry very easly!
