freezing =(

i installed the new msn 6.0 preview but everytime i try to log in it FREEZES. i uninstalled it + reinstall msn about 5 times but simet thing happened have this problem happened to anyone before? or .. is there a solution =(

Does it un-freeze at all? If you havent waited, try it. If it freezes, it might be caused to lack of some RAM. How much do you have?
MSNv6 takes up 15%, so if you dont have very much, it can cause it to freeze, as it did with me.

I dont have much experience with XP, but if you are running on 9x, 2000, or ME, go to start>settings>control panel>system tab.
It should say it in the summary.

i have problems too with the oficial preview, i cant sign in everytime it tryes, it freezes at all, i have windows me and 256 ram and the beta version it works great, but i cant continue using it because it force me to update and then the update dosnt work

I'm having the same problem. I've been using MSN 6 without problems for about 3 weeks now and all of a sudden it started freezing on me yesterday when I tried to log-in. I've re-downloaded it 3 times now and I still have the same problem.

yah the same thing happened to me.. i tryed letting it just wait but it still doesnt work, and it worked fine before i had to download the stupid preview thing and i still have tones of space left on my computer... does anyone know whats going on??????
