customer experience improvement
I didn`t and wont sign-up,disabled m$ loadqm as well,had my firewall set high one day and seen the pure flow of info exchanged with m$,didn`t care for that.I just wanna get rid of that prompt now.

Not a difficult problem to fix. Click the prompt, and choose "not right now". The prompt is gone. You can also double check in your MSN Messenger Tools > Options, under the General Tab that the box under Customer Experience Program is not checked.
