I've searched through this forum and either there wasn't anything talking about this or I missed it so please direct me either way. I was wondering how to download the new font pack. After clicking the download button, where should it be saved to so that it can be used in MSN messenger? I've been looking everywhere and cannot find an answer. I have tried to download several different packs but they never show up in the font selection list. Any and all help would be appreciated.
It can be saved anywhere, just remember where you saved it as to add them you have to find them and save it one, by one. Unless you use the new emoticon adder (BETA) developed by Huuf

Thank you. However, when you say add them, where do I go to do so? I don't see a button or anything for it anywhere. Also, where can I find the emoticon adder? Is it on the links page here? Or might it be on mess.be?
You need to have MSN Messenger 6 to do this. If, and when you do, click on the smiley face in a conversation window, and choose 'my emoticons'. Then add them from where you saved them on your HDD.

tho, if you download new fonts for windows they will appear in your choices, but your contacts will not see this new font unless they also have it installed.
another thing to know, is that you can only send up to, I think 5 custom emoticons at a time, so your words should be short N sweet.
Actually, it's 10 that show up on your list. I'm not sure how many more after that. And (of course) I already have several defined. Oh well...Thanks for your help.
just to be clear, I mean, you can only send upto 5 in a message at a time, not show in the emoticon list it self. -unless the limit has changed with the full release.
