Signature problems in hotmail

Hello,

I have had an msn account for over a year and when I try to change the signature or create a new one in my hotmail it will not let me it keeps going to a sign-in screen. I have even tried to create a new passport and get the same problem. I don't understand why it won't let me change it . I have contacted msn.. and reported it but for someone reason I have gotten no response.. If anyone has any answers please please let me know!

In Internet Explorer -- Tools -> Internet options -> Delete cookies + Delete Temporary files + Clear History. This might help you if you are redirected to the login screen.
