i can't use ANY of msn's services

My msn messenger 6.0 says incorrect log in or password like everyone else's.
My Hotmail says page won't load.
I can't even MAKE a new account because after I put in all my new information, it says the page can't load.
I don't understand this and I haven't read about anyone having it exactly like this, so what should I do?????

Do you use dial-up, or broadband internet?

Can you try at a friends house?

It sounds like you did something to get your IP blocked by MSN. If it's the case, you need to contact them and see about removing the ban.

Are you on a corporate Network?

If you are, then you may be blocked from connecting to MSN or the hotmail e-mail service. You'll have to talk to your Network Admin about that one.

You may be asked your IP if you contact MSN, go to ShowMyIP, and that will tell you your WAN (Internet) IP Address.
