Audio not working!!! Someone must know!

My webcam is working to the remote computer but without voice.
I can't get any error messages. That's first problem.

When I am trying to open just audio without video, remote user answers right way
"Connection is accepted".
Then I see in status bar
"Connecting to remote computer..."
and this takes about one minute and the next message is
"The audio conversation with remote computer has ended. Please try again later."
And this all happen when I am asking to start audio conversation.

When remote user is trying to start conversation, the messages are following:
"The audio conversation with remote computer has ended.
"We are currently unable to set up this conversation. Pleae try again later.

Help me! I don't have idea what's going wrong!
I have W98 with audio and videocards and MSN 6.0. Remote user has XP.
