well Norton Anti Virus 2003 does that... although it says it cannot do that but you will have to manually enter this string in Tools -> Options -> Messages -> Scans for Files Using
In the text box provided, type this string
C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\ccIMScan.exe
PS- I am taking for granted that you have installed the Norton Anti Virus in the default location provided by it... Change the path accordingly if you have installed it some other drive/ directory...
