MSN Voice Problems
Hi Everyone
I am attempting a conversation on MSN 4.7 with someone who is using MSN 4.6. However, every time either one of us attempts to start a voice conversation we keep getting the message:
‘Voice conversation with…………. was ended’
Sometimes I can hear them, but they cannot hear me and shortly afterwards I get the same message.
The strange thing is that I have successfully talked to another user without any problems. So I don’t think it can be my modem or soundcard. I’ve even uninstalled my firewall as well as installing and trying MSN 6.0. Its just this one person’s computer I am having a problem with – I’m completely confused by it all, because in the past I have had successful conversations with them.
Before I forget – I am running XP and they are running Windows 98. I don’t think this would make a difference, as we have talked OK in the past.
Please can anyone help? Any comments would be most appreciated......
