Letīs see...I have an equipment with two video devices on it at work (none of them are TV, it ia an LCD camera, but anyways...), what was not compatible in my case was LCD camera with the webcam software, they kind of interphere with each other, and you might find problems with other video software too.
Could you tell me please which OS are you running? Make sure you have the latest updates for everything, service packs and all. Uninstall both devices, now install the TV tunner (place the drivers again), when this is done, let windows recognize your webcam, plug it in, go to the add/remove hardware and let windows look for its own drivers.
It should work after that...make sure your OS is updated..whatever it is.

I have EXACTLY the same problem as zepem. TV-Card + Webcam on the same machine, but MSN MEssenger 6.1 isn't able to use the webcam, although I chose it from the wizard. Strange is that: 1) The webcam was an available option in the wizard. 2) I don't have this problem with Windows Messenger, in which the wizard is identical but it works! If I turn the TV-Card off from the device administrator, MSN Messenger 6.1 works fine and uses my webcam (there is then nothing else to choose). If someone finds an answer to this problem let me know. Thanks
