OK... Although I have changed my proxy settings and am now to scared to change them back, everything is now working: Hotmail, MSN, the works.

NTL users have been reporting problems accessing Passport features (Hotmail, MSN Messenger, etc.). You may need to specify a NTL proxy, as described in this post in the ChetNet cablemodem forums.

And yes, you can specify a proxy for MSN Messenger. Go to Tools > Options > Connection and you'll find the settings.

Say Jeff I didn't even know I was doing that to make my MSN work when I specify a proxy for MSN. How about that for a person who just learned how to turn the computer off and on. LOL LOL Just kidding I'm not that bad I think!
