import selected contacts to a new account

i save my contacts from msn account... and have ready another one to import them, i open that file because i wanted to edit, i dont wanna include all contacts....some i dont want to keep any more....and i want to edit the only ones that i want...what format should i give to this file?? i dont wanna be adding them one by one ....

No need to change the format. Simply open Notepad and drag and drop the .ctt file to edit.
