How to find online MSN users?

is there any method by which we can find the online users using msn messengers.... let me tell u i dont have msn messenger but i am trying to use web based msn messenger from everywhere-msn.com..

The only way you can contact an online user is by having them give you there MSN address and accepting you on there contact list. There is no search for MSN Messenger users. You have to actually meet and ask someone before you can add them to your contact list. Many people use chat rooms to meet others and exchange addresses.

Yeah that sucks! The friendly people finder feature made available on MSN/Windows Messenger was taken off by Microsoft probably after they released MSN Messenger v5.0 or v6.0. You may be in luck finding that feature in older/previous MSN/Windows Messenger versions.

thnx to all of u.. i tried to search for the users on members.msn.com and it showed that person in chat or not .. but u cannot know the real id by which they login into messenger.. so i think there is no way out..
any way thnx again..

Microsoft never displays anyone's email address without the direct permission from the member. The only way you know their email address, is if they display it them selves. Sometimes they allow you to email them, or send them an invitation to install MSN Messenger. This is probably the only way you can get them to/on Messenger.
