DoomJuice Disrupts MSN Messenger

DoomJuice, a new variant of MyDoom is spreading across the Internet and launching a prolonged attack at Microsoft websites, effectively knocking out Hotmail, MSN Messenger and other Microsoft properties.

Actually, I tried getting on MSN last night using Trillian and it didn't work. Other users of Trillian reported the same problem.

Trillian does not host it's own MSN servers, it just provides you with a compatible client to connect to MSNs' servers. Therfore the downtime on Trillian's MSN part of the client being down, is expected.

MOST Trillian users lasted longer than users on just MSN Messenger itself. I was dropped at 10:55 (along with most Trillian users) while using MSN Messenger itself, as where most were dropped at 9:30EST.
