cool tnx for the info I was trying all stuff found this on a other forum:
I had this problem... But I found it out! The solution lies in the registry
1) Start->Run->Type REGEDIT and press [enter] -> On the left hand panel, navigate to HKEY_CRRENT_USER -> Software -> Microsoft -> MSNMessenger
2) In the right hand panel, Delete the DAConfigVersion and DomainAuthority values
3) Restart MSN, and it WILL work
and some things in start->run but wouldt help

and now I see its because all .net services are down but my mom is still signed in :|
