when I get email, MSN cannot pop out window to give alert. all setting in MSN is correct, all other fuction are working well, such as it can pop out window when another contact login etc/ however, just email cannot synchronize, anyone can help? thanks
are you picking up your email on the webpage or in outlook? It also doesn't alert if you get junk mail I noticed. So if you have a junk folder and your email is going there or filters set up, MSN will not alert you.

Thank you for help. get email from webpage. it is just normal emails, I found many people here encounter the same problem, it seems cannot be fixed
