No you can't, once you delete your MSN contacts from your Hotmail, they will be deleted from your contact list on MSN Messenger.

The new Hotmail now moves all your MSN messenger contacts to your hotmail contacts list. If you go to the contacts tab in Hotmail, you will see a section with all your MSN contacts and they have been added to your email list. So Sensitive wanted to know if she could delete her MSN contacts from her hotmail email list. get it now? or did I just confuse you more? lol

I have another question about another matter of hotmail and MSN messenger. When I exit from MSN and go back to hotmail to check my emails without signing on to MSN the MSN loads up to the taskbar. Is that normal or can I do something about that without loading up when checking email only through the browser? I have gone through the steps on the MSN options unchecking the necessaries. I hope this make sense.
I don't want the MSN messenger loads up on the task bar when I ONLY go to hotmail on my browser.

I have 2 other questions. There is a nick that I don't know on my allow list and when I go to my options and click on privacy and right click on that nick and try to delete it, but it won't delete cause the delete option is shaded out. I moved it to the My Block list and right click on that nick and try to delete it also the delete option is shaded out. Why is the delete option shaded out, is there a way to delete that from My Allow list and/or My Block list?
My other question is: Whenever I exit from MSN messenger and go to hotmail directly from the browser without signing to MSN messenger hotmail asks my password even though I have it checked as autmatically sign in and never click on sign out. On the MSN messenger options I have already unchecked whatever is supposed to be unchecked but it still does this problem. Is this normal?
