Msn Mail Page Errors

First Salam to all.
problem is with my clients computer that when open web page of MSN mail account is open under restricted users account(in windows 2000 n XP , also in win9x) shows some errors on page on status bar n could not open mails or any other link on page , like new etc.
Any one can understand reason , then please write down to me.
Shall be thankful.

Does this happen to any other pages or just Hotmail?

If they're using IE, they should first make sure their browser's privacy settings (Tools > Internet Options... > Privacy) are set to a reasonable level (medium).

Actual problem is that ,only happened with MSN mail page. others pages open normally.n I have winXP professional on Server.
