Sound problem in Instant Messengers
After I formatted my hard disk and reinstalled Windows XP Professional, I can only hear sound in both MSN and Yahoo Messengers but my voice is not heard from the other side. It gives a message that audio is being used by other application. Before formatting everything was working. I ran 'regedit' and unchecked automatic startup of Yahoo, MSN Messengers and winampe but that did not solve the problem. When I play music CD, it works all right though. Any help will be highly appreciated.

have you tried to run the audio setup?...
what os did you have before xp.. you might have an old sound card.. my sis has the same problem..
