msn6.2 and audio

Has Microsoft announced anything concerning the audio bug with MSN 6? will the problem persist with the RTCDLL.DLL file version or we're just gonna have animated icons to forget the fact that we have audio options that we cant use?

i'm talking about audio conversations with a microphone, not event sounds, those work just fine
